The long version.

Whenever a topic intrigues me, I read everything there is to know about it and try it out until I've mastered it. That's how a trained chemist became an entrepreneur, then went on to management, finance, economics and investing.
Professionally, I went from electric vehicles and automotive to charging technology, then into the broader energy ecosystem: solar, batteries and grid. Software and IT (call it tech, if that sounds too old-school) always interested me most.
But I'm no trained software engineer. To build my ideas I always needed the right partners, and in my second company, from 2014 to 2019, employees.
With ChatGPT in 2022 and everything that followed, that started to change. I started building with Lovable, and from then on I saw first-hand how revolutionary and fast-moving this technology is, and more importantly, what it lets people like me do.
I could all of a sudden code my own apps, my own websites and online shops that looked like 2024, not 2004. As the tools grew, so did the builds: data analysis platforms, systems with a multitude of API integrations, later MCPs, then AI models running inside AI-built apps. Crazy and exhilarating at the same time. Today I am ranked among the top 10% of Lovable builders worldwide.
AI removed the one constraint I had worked around my whole career: needing someone else to build what I could see.
The even longer version is my first essay on Under Load: Nobody Hires the Whole Person.
It feels bigger than the moment electric vehicles became ready for everyday use in 2012/13, because AI touches every part of life and business.
I have seen first-hand how AI can make or break a company, and that experience is what I offer. I work with selected clients where we share an understanding of the use case and what it takes to solve it, and help their businesses elevate productivity, people and competitiveness for the years to come.

Energy and grid
EV charging, grid services, load management, battery storage, solar and heat pumps, plus the orchestration layers on top, from startups to multinational corporations.
At E.ON, B2B e-mobility propositions and product work on a Dynamics 365 rollout in Sweden. At 1KOMMA5°, technical project delivery for solar, storage and home energy systems.
Automotive and mobility
Connected-car services at Lynk & Co: software-defined vehicle, EV platform and charging partnerships, contract negotiation and the integration roadmaps behind them.
Before that, EV fleet and energy projects for SME clients across DACH.
Platforms at scale
Moved Klarna off Salesforce and onto a new stack: customer service, collections, disputes, merchant service and payments, across seventeen markets, roughly 3,500 people in those systems daily. Delivered well under the industry estimate for a migration that size. The years that taught me where platform projects actually die.
Building my own
A consultancy grown to nineteen people, past four and a half million in revenue, delivering EV, storage and solar for SMEs and municipalities.
Between 2022 and 2024, advisory work on platform strategy in energy and mobility through Guidepoint, AlphaSights, Coleman, Tegus and Capvision. Today my product and client work runs through Zorez Group AB.
Along the way: Klarna, Lynk & Co, E.ON, 1KOMMA5°.
Downhill and enduro mountain biking. Rode hard for years, took a long detour through work and family, and got back on the bike this summer.
Founding member of Arnold Schwarzenegger's Pump Club. Four years and counting. Daily emails, no drama, a small global room of people quietly doing the reps.
Both teach the same thing the work does: show up consistently, respect the terrain, and let the results compound.
Enough about me. Tell me about the problem.
