Intelligence Digest

Twenty-five markets, six languages, deduplicated, delivered every Monday at 18:00. Coverage that would otherwise consume most of a full-time market analyst.

CHAPTERThe problem

LOG 001, THE PROBLEM

A leadership team operating across 25 European markets, drowning in regulatory changes, subsidy reforms and competitor moves, in six languages. Monitoring it manually: 20 to 26 hours a week of triage, drafting and synthesis. Nobody had that week.

LOG 002, WHAT IT DOES

Every Monday at 18:00: deduplicated items ranked and grouped by market, each with a verified source, a date, and a strategic implication written for this company's exact business model. The same event covered by four sources becomes one item, or four angles, when the angles matter.

LOG 003, THE HARD PARTS

Deduplication across sources and weeks; implications that require domain knowledge, not summarization; six languages; and the standard a human never meets, delivery every single Monday, no vacations, no sick days.

None of it worked on the first build. Five months of tuning and bug fixing went into the gap between a version that produced output and a version stable enough to trust without checking it: deduplication thresholds that were too aggressive one week and too loose the next, parsers that broke when a source redesigned its site, and implications that read fluently and said nothing. What ships every Monday is the version that survived that.

LOG 004, WHO READS IT

Adoption spread on its own, first one reader, then more, then the management team, then external financial advisers asked to be added.

LOG 005, WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU

If your team spends hours every week scanning markets, regulations or competitors, this exact pattern fits your niche, and it's a build, not a subscription.
